About the Doctors
Dr. Shannon Lemons - Owner/Doctor
Dr. Lemons is a 1998 graduate of Colorado State University. After working for several years in Texas, she returned to Colorado in 2001 and has been at Teller Park Veterinary Service since that time. Dr. Lemons especially enjoys surgery, advanced dental work and equine practice. She is currently working towards expanding her dental procedure skills to include surgical extractions, bonded seal and application and treatment of periodontal disease. As veterinarians are prone to doing, Dr. Lemons has accumulated a number of dogs, cats, and horses throughout her career. She enjoys showing and training in dressage, snowboarding and the great Colorado outdoors.

Dr. Mindy Bowman - Associate Doctor
Dr. Bowman was born and raised on a farm in southwestern Iowa. She attended the University of Missouri-Columbia and Oregon State University for her undergraduate studies, and then graduated in 2007 from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Bowman especially enjoys small animal medicine and surgery. She and her husband, Dave, are enjoying the Colorado mountains with their children, Layney and Evan, and their collection of pets; Aja, an American Bulldog, Oreo, a Lab mix, two cats, Worm and Avaca. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and tagging along with her husband on his off-road adventures.
